OVERVIEW
One-day intensive hands-on training on primary dorsum preservation rhinoplasty.

This one-day full immersion hands-on surgery course will be held on the 5th of April 2017, preceded by ? day of theoretical lessons, on 4th of April in Barcelona, Spain and will focus on the anatomy of the nose and aesthetic rhinoplasty dedicated to the techniques which allow preservation of the nasal dorsum.

Rhinoplasty must be a custom-made surgery. One patient, one nose, one rhinoplasty technique. Most of the classical techniques remove the dorsum and destroy the K-area, exposing to difficult intra and post-operative problems and the need for tricky reconstructions. To avoid such situations, preservation of the dorsum keep intact the natural aesthetic lines of the nose and improve the breathing function. Moreover, the technique taught in this course is simple, quick, safe and effective, easy to learn by any rhinoplasty surgeon.

To learn the most important steps in rhinoplasty with dorsum preservation

To discuss the indications for surgery and specific procedures

To learn the pitfalls and how to avoid them

Special task

to offer the best of the teaching, each step of the technique will be checked by the tutor. After checking the technique and discussed the possible problems, the tutor will tick the case in the planned program for each participant.
